The root cause of this issue is an impairment of several APIs in the US-EAST-1 Region on AWS. 3:45 PM EST - We continue to experience increased API error rates. 4:40 PM EST - We are starting to see services recover. 6:00 PM EST - The issue has been resolved and all frontend services have been restored to normal operation.
