10:30 AM EST - Customers reported increased error rates when accessing resources in NLX services, including Dialog Studio and Voice Insights.
10:45 AM EST - We are investigating reports of increased error rates for users accessing NLX services.
11:00 AM EST - We have identified the issue. The root cause of this issue is an impairment of several network devices in the US-EAST-1 Region on AWS.
12:00 PM EST - We continue to experience increased API error rates.
4:40 PM EST - We are starting to see some recovery.
5:30 PM EST - The issue has been resolved and all services have been restored to normal operation.
