The root cause of this issue is an impairment of several network devices in the US-EAST-1 Region on AWS. 12:00 PM EST - We continue to experience increased API error rates. 4:40 PM EST - We are starting to see some recovery. 5:30 PM EST - The issue has been resolved and all services have been restored to normal operation.
